CARDIO WORKOUT
This form of tennis camp is specially designed to provide high energy workout with
a combination of energetic music with fun filled drills and games to boost up players
physical stamina and growth along with mental relaxation through as process of well-planned
warm up, cardio workouts and cool down sessions. This form of workout will not only
boost up your energy levels but also will burn calories and will get you in shape.
Timings: Morning session for 3 hours (6:00 AM to 9:00 AM) on week
days from Monday to Friday
